It centralizes service calls, real-time driver dispatching, vehicle tracking, invoicing, and more into a unified, web-based dashboard.
With features tailored to small- and mid-sized businesses, Relay Towing helps teams streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and stay on top of both customer communication and back-office operations.

Client's Need

The client approached us with a clear mission: transform outdated towing operations into a centralized digital experience that would support both dispatchers and drivers.

Their core requirements included:

We engineered a platform with a React-based frontend and a NestJS-powered backend, ensuring seamless performance and modern UX.
