Radiology Jobs is a niche job board platform created specifically for the radiology sector. It connects hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, and individual professionals in a centralized space designed to simplify and streamline the hiring process. The platform offers robust tools for job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate management through a clean, user-friendly interface — making recruitment in the radiology field faster and more efficient.
Client's Need
The client required a comprehensive platform tailored to the hiring workflows of the radiology industry. The goals included delivering a modern UI, integrating secure authentication and access control, supporting multiple user roles (recruiter, applicant, admin), and ensuring fast, scalable performance. Additionally, they wanted a separate admin interface to manage platform operations effectively.
Solution
To meet the client’s objectives, we built a full-stack application using Next.js, utilizing both frontend and backend capabilities of the framework to provide a smooth user experience. The backend was architected with RAW SQL queries on a MySQL database, giving us full control over data operations and optimized performance. For deployment, we used DigitalOcean, configuring a secure and production-ready environment with attention to scalability, uptime, and security best practices.
