About the role
Algotix AI is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder Intern to join our growing team in Bahawalpur. You'll learn the art of winning clients on Upwork — writing proposals, communicating with leads, and helping close projects across our service offerings (web development, AI, and mobile apps).
This is a hands-on internship where you'll work directly with our BD team, learn real freelance sales strategies, and build a skill that is in high demand globally.
What you'll do
- Send tailored proposals on Upwork for inbound job postings
- Research client needs and craft personalised cover letters
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication logs
- Track bidding activity and report conversion metrics
- Collaborate with the tech team to understand services and pricing
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up and improve proposal quality
What we're looking for
- Strong written English — proposals must be clear and professional
- Basic understanding of Upwork or freelancing platforms
- Eagerness to learn sales, client communication, and closing techniques
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and online tools
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree (any field)
- Must be based in Bahawalpur and able to work onsite
